Nice rooms, good service and a lovely courtyard and pool. Mini oasis in the centro of Tulum.
High humidity area, so mold in air-conditioned rooms is a problem. Non-airconditioned rooms with floor fans available (that's what I stayed in). Water is hot, rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The clothing shop next door will do excellent next day laundry service for a nominal fee!!
